This means we’re established on the ground, not just a visiting team — which matters for coordination, contracts, and accountability when you’re planning from abroad.

Yes. Beyond photography and wedding films, we work with vetted local teams for bridal makeup, DJs and entertainment, and full wedding planning — so you can coordinate an entire celebration through one point of contact instead of managing separate vendors from a distance.

Ceylon Stories can arrange everything, or just the pieces you need. Many couples book us for the full package since it removes the stress of coordinating multiple local vendors long-distance; others prefer to bring their own vendors and use us only for photography and films. Either way works.

We handle the Sri Lankan side end-to-end — vendor coordination, venue logistics, and on-ground scheduling — while staying in regular contact with you throughout planning. Most communication happens over WhatsApp and email, with a detailed day-of timeline shared well ahead of your wedding.
